1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION:

The 2012 Endless Summer Recipe Contest with California Strawberries entry period begins on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Entry Period”). The panel comprised of strawberry experts (the “Judges”) will select five (5) Finalists from all valid entries received (see Judging Criteria in Rule #3). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the California Strawberry Commission, 180 Westridge Drive, Suite 101, Watsonville, CA (the “Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and legally binding).
