CATALINA TACO SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 can ranch style beans, drained (optional)
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and crumbled
1 pkg. “Old El Paso” taco seasoning
1 sm. bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing
1 bag of Fritos Corn Chips
DIRECTIONS:
Brown ground beef; drain fat. Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Cook until liquid is gone. Cool.
Mix all ingredients together except salad dressing and Fritos. When ready to serve add dressing and top with corn chips (to be mixed with salad when eating).
