- Public Libraries: Most public libraries offer free Wi-Fi for visitors. Find the nearest library by you and see if they offer free Wi-Fi.
- Check out businesses: Most national chains offer free Wi-Fi; Starbucks, Pandora Bread, Barnes & Noble, and McDonald’s to name a few.
2. Get FREE e-books

- Public Libraries: Once again check out your local library and see if they offer e-books. The only issue with renting through the library is they only let one person rent a book at a time, so it might take a while to get a new book.
3. Military benefits
- College tuition for kids: If you are not aware the GI Bill helps veterans pay for college tuition. It can even be passes on to kids and spouses. For more information about the GI Bill click here.
4. Software Downloads
- Google Drive: You could go out and spend $100+ for Microsoft Office, but why do that when you can get the same thing for free on Google Drive. Google drive offers programs that are almost the same as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Click Here for more information about Google Drive.
- Pixlr: If you want all of the features from Photoshop without the price, check out Pixlr. Pixlr lets you crop, change color, adjust light, and just tweak your photos for free.
