CAKE:
1 package Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® Devil’s Food cake mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
3 cups Golden Grahams® Cereal
1 jar (8 oz) marshmallow creme
PACKAGE OF HERSHEYS BARS
PEANUT BUTTER ICING
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons milk, or as needed
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Directions
1Prepare the cake mix according to package directions for two round cakes.
2Prepare icing
Place the butter and peanut butter into a medium bowl, and beat with an electric mixer. Gradually mix in the sugar, and when it starts to get thick, incorporate milk one tablespoon at a time until all of the sugar is mixed in and the frosting is thick and spreadable. Beat for at least 3 minutes for it to get good and fluffy.
3 Allow cake to cool. Level off the top of one of the cakes and using half of the frosting, frost only the top. Save the remaining frosting for the second layer of the cake.
4 Take the second cake layer and cut an approximate 4-5 inch diameter hole in the center of the cake. Remove the cake circle and set aside. Place the cake ring on top of frosted cake layer.
5 Fill inside the cake ring with Golden Grahams cereal and pack tightly. Leave about 1 inch of space from the top of the cake.
6 Take the cake middle circle piece and cut 1 inch off the thickness of the cake and place on top of the cereal to fill the ring. ***Frost the cake ,add graham crackers, marshmallows and drizzle chocolate on top of cake.** to melt chocolate ,place in microwave at 15 second intervals and stir inbetween til melted. wait til cooled a little than drizzle on cake. The chocolate will melt the marshmallow !!
