REESE’S CHEESECAKE BROWNIES RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 (19.5 oz.) box fudge brownie mix (and ingredients called for on pkg.)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweet and condensed milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) box of Reese’s Pieces
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
3 tbs. heavy cream
12 individual Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Make brownies according to pkg. directions. Spread into a greased 9 x 13″ pan, set aside. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth, add sweet and condensed milk and peanut butter, beat until combined. Stir in Reese’s pieces. Spoon over brownie mix and spread in an even layer. Bake for 40 mins or until cheesecake is set. Cool in fridge for 30 mins. In a small mixing bowl pour chocolate chips and cream. Microwave on high for 1 min, stir, then microwave in 30 sec. intervals until melted. Spread over your cooled brownies. Too with chopped up Reese’s Cups.
